“These glasses have changed the frequency of my migraines and helped my light sensitivity so much. They work by only filtering in green light and have actual scientific backing. I splurged to get my prescription because of the frequency of my migraines and it has been worth it. It was difficult to get them adjusted safely because regular tools can damage the lenses, so I recommend seeing if there is a provider near you that partners with them if possible.
