“This simple movement practice is ideal for when you feel disconnected from your body or find yourself in overthinking mode. I personally like this one during transition times (new jobs, new projects, rethinking my life) because it moves me away from analysis and fear and more into my body. I do this dance daily, I set up my tea pot and set a timer for 10 minutes. I dance for 10 minutes, pause to turn the stove on, and then dance for another 10. I get my final gesture and that guides me day. Then I drink tea.”
