Annie Loves“Maybe an unusual choice for the question "What show makes you believe in love?" but I can tell you why! Running through from beginning to end of Somebody Somewhere is a core of friendship between people who love each other well. And having the love of friends will get you through anything! There is also the excitement of romantic love that plays a part in this show, and the complicated aspects of love within a painful family system, BUT one could say that the characters being in a place to find romance or the strength to persist through difficult family situations is made possible by the support and stability provided by their loving and caring friendships. It's one of my favorite things I've watched in recent years for that reason.”
