Marcel the Shell with Shoes On

“I've only watched Marcel the Shell (the movie) once because I sobbed through the entire thing and I'm not sure I'm ready to go back there. It's such a sweet story about family and ambition and omg I'm tearing up just writing about it so I have to stop.”

“The first movie my daughter saw in theaters and it was the first movie we saw when theaters were opening back up. I was a crying mess though. So tender 🥹”

“So odd and earnest.”

“I saw this after healing from a surgery. It was an edible fueled dream of a movie. My brother burst out into tears at the ending. A core and key memory”

“raw, yet sweet, truth.”

“Heart explodes. Gentle and sincere and lovely in every way, for any age.”
