Sex on Murder Island

“The second in a perfect series. A detective story that is well written, keeps you guessing, and catches you off guard with moments of offbeat humor. The first was Murder on Sex Island, a delight! Am I also reading trendy Ann Patchett, Elizabeth Strout, and Ferdia Lennon? Yes, but Jo Firestone is the best among giants.”

“I pictured the cast of this book as muppets. A book filled with tiny miseries and radiant positivity. A murder mystery that asks the question “what if Jo Firestone (I mean come on) pretended to be a detective?””

“y’all… she’s done it again. i’m serious i need nancy drew and sherlock holmes levels of content to consume of luella. i love these books so much.”
