“What an icon. Keens opened in 1885, the same year the Statue of Liberty moved into town. Let that sink in! The meat at this meat house is as good as ever, but this is where you go when traveling back to an era where real business was getting done over meals, to (hopefully) get some business done yourself. This is a museum of the way it was once done. So inspiring that you don't even need to be paying attention to your surroundings to absorb all that they have to offer. Get a lamb chop, a porterhouse, a hashbrown, a hot fudge sundae — but most importantly, get it done.”
