Finally dialed in my espresso, bought the matcha whisk, learned to make cold foam, stocked up on travel cups, etc. It’s turned into a really lovely ritual and feels great to know I can make things exactly how I want them.”

Ingredients -One half gallon low temperature pasteurized milk* -Half cup yogurt of your choice Thoroughly whisk ingredients together in large bowl. Pour into small mason jars for individual servings or larger mason jars for fewer dishes. Set in food dehydrator at 95-115 (or thereabouts, depending on your machine settings) for 24-30 hours. When cycle has finished, move jars to fridge. *You can use milk which has been pasteurized at normal temperatures, but you will need to scald it first. I am not the best source of instructions of how to do that.”
