“There’s something just soooo good about sauna house. While I can’t say I enjoy the cold plunge, my body definitely feels better after the hot and cold cycling. Sitting in the sauna is so relaxing! And having a little kombucha on the heated furniture after is reward for being in the cold pools!! Plus raleigh location has a warm pool with an open air skylight!! So lovely.”
