A Dog's Will

“a brazilian classic! i’d recommend researching a bit into the culture of the northeastern region of brazil before watching this one!”

“A Dog’s Will (O Auto da Compadecida, 2000) is widely regarded as one of the greatest masterpieces of Brazilian comedy. The film combines rapid-fire comedic dialogue, brilliant physical comedy, and deep satirical commentary on class struggle, religion, and human nature. If you enjoy sharp, satirical folktales, clever underdog stories, or classic comedy with a touch of magical realism, A Dog's Will is an essential watch.”
