“I segreti del chiostro definitely a highlight of our trip as far as sweets go - the nuns handmake all the cannolis using an ancient recipe & i was obsessed with the “boob shaped pastry” which is actually called minni di virgini and has an origin story that’s quite sad from the death of St Agatha”

“This bakery is the worst kept secret in Palermo but yes it is good and worth visiting, in spite of the crowd. I ended up not getting the famous cannoli (why did no one tell me it was the size of my head lol) and they were sold out of the famous St. Agatha boob pastry but I did get a box of cookies, all of which were delicious. I would also really recommend doing the tour of the convent and checking out the amazing rooftop views. Not crowded!!”
