“Organic restaurant next to Palazzo Butera using all local ingredients. They also have pastas, more classic mains etc. but highlighting that you can get a very good seasonal salad here!! Mine had almonds, tomatoes, peaches, olives and cheese. Important as getting a non-sad salad in Italy is borderline impossible”
