“In my hunt for more D&D one-shots, I found this true convergence of my interests: D&D, CANDLES!!! and crafting. Cantrip Candles (named for the spells that don't require spell slots) sells handmade D&D and gaming-themed soy candles with truly unique candles. You can buy several sizes of your favorite scents, make a custom sampler pack of tea lights (or buy an existing one), OR make your own scent in a CANDLE MAKING CLASS.
I did all three. The CANDLE MAKING CLASS is pricey at $75, but it comes with 1. a great education in olfactory processes and how scents can work together; 2. one big ass two-wick candle and two tea lights with your custom scent; and 3. a cute lil d20 you can hide at the bottom of your candle! Because D&D.
And the class is a quick 1.5 hours. All of this was totally worth it for the amount of candles, the guidance in building the custom scent and making me feel like the proper candle snob I've always dreamed of becoming.”
