“Nestled in the hilltops of Tuscany is a luxury hotel named Borgo Pignano where every morsel of food is selected to perfection. At breakfast, we went straight for their eggs – heavenly little discs. They used one of these. Add a pad of butter, crack an egg, swirl if that’s your bag, and flip. People will assume you took a cooking class.
I promise you can’t mess it up. And you can also find these pans at any big box store for cheap (but this Japanese one is prettier).”
