“Chicago Health Foods has its own version of Erewhon smoothies, including the iconic, blue Bun Undone Smoothie. It’s like $17.00 before tip, and very very pretty. There’s spirulina, and dates, and nut butter, and collagen in it—and it’s all very aesthetic and in an expensive neighborhood. Definitely not an every day treat, but a nice and cute pick-me-up for when we want to feel like we’re in LA but also in a walkable city.”
