Garlic Jack Cheese

“During a recent visit to San Luis Obispo, I refused to drive back to LA until I found an artisanal cheese shop. In the rain, on the third try, I found Vintage Cheese Company -- a cheese shop on the California Cheese Trail! A real thing -- and their incredible Garlic Jack. It's literally a creamy Jack with garlic, but the garlic taste isn't subtle. Good for y'all garlic lovers out there (and me).”
