“I did the research so you don't have to. It's uh, kirsch, German/Swiss style of unadulterated cherry eau de vie (French version). Americans would call it Brandy made from sour morello cherries. You will need approx 2 tblsp of this stuff...and then you won't see it again until next July/when ambition strikes.”
