“For anyone who has ever struggled with sleep!! There is so much misinformation about how to address insomnia out there, and a lot of the info actually makes insomnia worse. Daniel Erichsen has a free podcast and YouTube channel, an app and a coaching service. I just used the app (the cheap version, not the coaching version) and the podcast. It completely changed how I thought about sleep, and helped me to address the root cause (fear of wakefulness !!).”
