“Inspired by my recent sandwich edit, I decided carry on my streak and walk to Radio Bakery for their sweet pea, mint, & feta sandwich. Loved the smashed peas and the generosity of feta & lime. Mint was a nice kick that I didn’t expect (yes… even though it’s in the name). Fresh, tangy, and perfect focaccia chew. Sweet spring… sweet peas!🫛🫛🫛”

“Rhubarb, a new love in my life 🩷 i haven’t had this pastry since last spring and it reminded me of warm weather and park hangs. The vanilla custard is the perfect amount of creamy n sweetness & a nice complement to the lil tartness of the campari-poached rhubarb. One day I’ll venture to bake something with rhubarb myself but for now I’ll continue to indulge in Radio’s.”
