I have worked with lighting designers for years across hospitality and residential projects. While I can’t afford the fancy levels of perfectly spec’d and programmed lighting at home - I CAN afford Phillips Hue. Start with small pack and build your collection over time. Integrate with your iHome system so your lights turn on to the perfect level/warmth before you walk in the front door. Have that corner light gently turn on right before your alarm goes off. Have the lighting levels slowly change from afternoon to dusk to nighttime so it’s always perfectly lit inside. Have them turn off when you leave to save the planet.
