I discovered this plastic invention during our boddler (baby-toddler) solids phase, and it made my husband slightly more tolerant of the whole baby-led approach because it saved time with messes. The Catchy works on Stokke, IKEA and like 20+ high chairs—acting like a hug for the high chair—it ‘catches’ food and shallow distance(!) splatter. It’s clunky, sure, but I cannot stress how much time/crouching it saved us.”

You don’t need it.My seven-year-old is still much more comfortable sitting in one with a seat adjusted for her current height. But here to add a nod to the catchy attachment. Easy to wipe down so that when your kid drops food into it, you can pick it up and hand it right back to them. Also helpful if you have a dog who will inevitably gain weight from all the drop snacks.”
