“WHAT TO ORDER: 1) Hot Roast Beef - it's the best, and the eggplant and gravy make the sandwich. I add light mayo because the sandwich needs some acidity to make the salt and fat really shine. 2) Roast Pork Special - this is my favorite one, but I swap the broccoli rabe for roasted red pepper. I think the sweetness is a better fit for the pork than the bitter rabe. I also add light mayo to this one to increase the acidity a bit.”
