“If you can snag a table at Thai Diner, I highly recommend Uncle Boon's Famous Coconut Sundae. It is literally spectacular. Give me one right now, I'll tear it up live. It's coconut gelato with coconut caramel, palm sugar whipped cream, toasted coconut, and candied peanuts. 🤤 And if you don't like coconuts, grow up. It's time to evolve.”

“For some reason, I’ve only ever been to Thai Diner in Nolita for lunch, but I think it’s such a perfect daytime spot that I don’t feel any urgency to make it there for dinner. I love the roti egg sandwich and the Thai tea French toast, which is served with salty condensed milk.”
