“This is our group, but the most important things in order are 1) getting together and catching up 2) the food and 3) the book. Some people read a book book and some read an audio book. Both are fine. Sometimes someone doesn't finish the book. Fine. Sometimes someone gets busy and can't bring food or picks up something store-bought. Fine. There are books that naturally spark a lot of conversation and some that don't. Fine. My point is enjoy getting together and don't sweat everything. Don't read two emotionally heavy books back to back. Our only hard rule is "No Christian Romance." This month we're reading:”
