Lucy PropperFirst to rec“this book changed my life. A bit too much for acute grief or if the loss is too fresh and you’re deep in it. But once you’re ready to peak out, this book has a lot in it. When I got my first copy someone gave it to me and said “don’t lend this out, if you want to recommend it to someone get them their own copy” and I bought as many used as I could find on eBay and gave them to anyone who was receptive”

carly de castro“Francis Weller writes about grief as something we’re meant to be in relationship with over a lifetime. Something to tend to, rather than something to fix or move past. An apprenticeship with sorrow. I come back to it all the time.”
