“An intimate, much-acclaimed wine bar and restaurant that’s worth the reservation struggle. You’re basically guaranteed to have a perfect meal. On my first visit, my friend Bel and I walked in right when they opened at 11 a.m. and happily ate tartare and boudin blanc before noon.”

“Yes they have a Michelin 🛞 but they're also sort of chill and literally everything on the menu is perfect. I make it less precious and less stressful by going on the early side, putting my name in for a bar seat and then taking a walk. Before you know it you're in and for the same cost as far less fantastic food you can enjoy one of my favorite spots in the world. Cookbook is such a win too.”
