Ginny Branch“Mac Barnett is top shelf children’s book author for me. Every single book he writes is an instant hit with my child (and me). He’s so smart and charming and his writing is perfectly edited and not a single unnecessary word is used. This book I breezed through and I selfishly wish he would write more books for adults even though that’s a pet peeve when people ask him that 😂 I also learned David Foster Wallace was one of his professors in college which BLEW MY MIND. Anyway, if you have an opportunity to go to one of his book tour stops with your kiddo I can’t recommend it enough. He’s also just so nice.”
