“After my Gel Resolution 9s wore out I went on a journey to find a new brand because, unfortunately, the newer Resolution Xs were getting pretty mid reviews.
After trying out New Balance (nice looking, nice playing, not durable) and On (nice looking, terrible playing), I declared bankruptcy and finally went back to Asics to try out the Resolution X. First time playing with them after ~6mo off the brand was a truly euphoric experience. Asics is by far the best tennis shoe for the most amount of people and I will never waver my allegiance again.
My current model are the APC collab ones. If you set up to be notified of inventory, they restock few times a year. Get a half size down.”
