Moccamaster KBGV Select

“in my top ten possessions does not turn coffee sour because the temp is perfect and also it’s stunning”

“I have had three of these. Some have been handed down. All of the models are awesome. They never break. Coffee in six minutes brewed at exactly the right temperature...every time.”

“The master. We are coffee people. Not espresso drink people. We love ours. Completely changed the game to the point that I don’t love coffee from a lot of places now. Just want to drink it at home. Get a great color.”

“Like a Vespa or midlife crisis convertible, the Technivorm Moccamaster should be ice-cream hued for maximum delight. The coffee is great, too.”

“Technivorm Moccamaster Coffee Brewer + Glass Carafe I’ve had this coffeemaker for 4 years now and my obsession has remained. My first cup in the morning has to be black and my favorite café is at home. This is the closest to a pour over I’ve experienced.”

“Since you all had such great gift ideas, I figured I’d give an update! S/o to @Kate for sending me down a coffee maker rabbit hole. I ended up going with the Moccamaster KBGV. It’s a classic pour over, but also feels retro and sleek. Hubby uses it proudly every morning :) Pro tip: get a nice grinder too! We went with the Fellow Ode and our coffee game is now on a whole other level.”

“The only coffee pot you will ever need in life. If you are looking for a good machine that’s simple and straightforward this is it. Brews super quickly without ever getting too hot or burning the coffee. A lot of my appliances are yellow.”

“Finally splurged on this beautiful butter yellow coffee maker, and I love it so much. It quietly brews high-quality coffee SO quickly. I hope to use it forever.”

“So I’m doing all of my recommendations in real time as I come across them because I have far too many things that I love in this world, and this morning I’m making coffee with the Moccamaster and it’s the best coffee I’ve ever had, and most people agree that it’s the best coffee they’ve ever had. I’m not a crazy coffee snob, I’m just very specific about the coffee I drink. I only like exquisite coffee or gas station coffee. I don’t like anything in the middle, it pisses me off. The Moccamaster makes exquisite drip coffee. The ritual of coffee for me is just enjoying it so I don’t like dealing with the perfect temperature tea kettle of other equally as delicious drip methods. At 6 in the morning my ritual is just enjoying drinking coffee quickly which this allows me to do with joy. Bonus points for it being very cute and durable!”

“We were high labor coffee people for a long long time. We hand ground our beans and have basically every analog coffee maker, but the Chemex was our ride or die. Then we stayed at my grandma’s beach house and decided to be cute and try the MoccaMaster almost as a joke… we bought a refurbished one soon after and I have never looked back. It does a better job and is more consistent than I could ever do or be.”

“When you can buy fairly average coffee and your magic machine makes it taste fantastic it’s a big win. I need big mugs of hot black coffee so not messing with espresso machines.”

“he is deeply loyal to this coffeemaker, which is SUPER fast for a drip machine and keeps the coffee warm until after lunch. we have it in black, but if i were to upgrade, i'd go for one of the 5,000 adorable colors they have on offer.”

“I care about good coffee but I’m not grinding beans with a tiny scale at 6:30 am. It’s beautiful, simple, worth the hype and I say everyday out loud how much I love this thing.”

“an investment piece you'll actually use”

“quite literally my most used item. perfect drip coffee every time, I would grab this if my house was on fire”

“Great colors. Iconic design. Superior brew.”

“i love this thing. I got mine used on fb marketplace but if you have the money you can choose the color of your dreams”

“I love my Moccamaster for the coffee it makes but I think the fact that it's a bright sunny golden yellow makes it taste even better”

“The finest cup of coffee I’ve ever brewed at home. Pair with fresh beans and you will always have a good start to the day.”

“bought this 3 years ago and it’s saved me from hundreds of $7 coffees”

“One day I’ll buy this I swear”

“If you’re lazy and want the same result, just buy this.”

“We have a black one but still wholeheartedly agree :)”

“This is the best coffee maker! Brews a super smooth and consistent drip coffee and comes in amazing colors. I got the stone color which I love for a classic neutral but do still dream about the butter yellow. Looks nice on your counter!”

“If you love a boring black cup of coffee, you can't do any better! Brews so fast, cute colors, satisfying button switches, all the parts are replaceable. What more could you ask for!”

“A true kitchen workhorse serving up great coffee”

“so I fully recommend buying one used off of Facebook marketplace and spending like half the price. I recently became god’s favorite and found one for $25 at the thrift (not for me but for the boy I’m seeing) while it doesn’t technically have a pre-infusion setting it makes an incredibly solid cup of coffee.”

“highly recommend. great price for these! excellent coffee.”

“Cafe quality coffee at home. With great curb appeal”

“As good as a pour over with 70% less effort.”
