“Killer recipes: Jesusita's House Salsa, Champurrado, Horchata, Agua de Sandia, shrimp ceviche, Caldo de Pollo (chicken soup), Chicken Tinga, Green Enchiladas, Picadillo (excellent for burritos or nachos!), Chilaquiles Rojos, Avena (old-fashioned Mexican oatmeal), potato salad, homemade pinto beans, coconut flan, and pumpkin turnovers. Can you tell I love this cookbook? ;) I am not a drinker but this book has TONS of delicious-looking cocktails. Give it a go!”
