To Be Magnetic

“changed my life”

“I’ve been getting a lot out of TBM lately, thanks to some friends who brought it back on my radar. It’s a great tool to drop into reflection on a regular basis.”

“This one took me a long time to get on board with, because the founder is a whole vibe, and I thought “Meh, too brand-y, LA ladies wearing festival hats circa 2015, no thanks.” BUT! I found myself searching for some DIY EMDR-inspired slash self-hypnosis brain rewiring tools and well, this is exactly that. Take or leave the vibe of the brand, but I find their framework for manifestation very effective. In short, you don’t manifest from your conscious thoughts, you manifest from your subconscious level of self-worth. And when a thing doesn’t come easily, it’s often because we have some deeply rooted stories about why that thing is not available for us/not possible/not safe. So you excavate the story and shift it with self-hypnosis.”
