    “Also, she has written 2 cookbooks that follow the Heal Your Headache diet(!!?!) Sharing bc who even knew there was a migraine-friendly diet?! Not us, until a few months ago. If you feel up for the commitment it takes to eliminate many foods, I highly recommend. Tons of tasty foods are still included in it. The diet itself takes a few weeks to feel the effects, but hopefully the smoothie could help take the edge off in the short term 💚”
