Daniel Day-Louis-Dreyfus“If my professor asked, I’d say “Austin” by Ellsworth Kelly at the Blanton Museum of Art. But my most fun, delicious and honest answer is the birthday cake ice cream sandwiches at Launderette. I drew and framed a picture of them for my kitchen. Launderette’s whole menu is good, but this dessert is why we go. The 🍪 outsides are raw dough (sans flour and eggs, I assume…though they’re so good I don’t care). An order gets you two tiny sandwiches — each is larger than a piece of sushi, smaller than a Klondike bar. You’ll want 10.”

Adam“This place has fallen out of the cool zone but idk why. It’s exceedingly consistent, great atmosphere, and their airline chicken with aligot mash is one of the best dishes in Austin.”
