“My kid learned this song, “Grownups Come Back” from a playlist at her first proper daycare. it was a place she grew to love, but the first weeks of dropoffs were tough for everyone. it became a touchstone. something we could sing together whenever she would think about going to daycare and get stressed out (a toddler with a case of The Mondays is truly too sad) and it really eased the worries and made the truth (grownups do come back!
