“Westport Cafe understood the assignment. 🍸🦪 The food, the drinks, the atmosphere… all incredible. But John Adams was the highlight of the night. Funny, knowledgeable, passionate, and just an absolute delight. I recently read Unreasonable Hospitality, and one line that stuck with me was “It’s cool to care.” John is exactly what that means. He genuinely loves what he does, and you can tell. He walked us through the menu like he was sharing his favorite things with friends, made us laugh, and made the entire experience that much better. Good food is easy to find. People who make you LOVE where you’re eating? That’s something special. John, if you see this, you’re a legend. Westport Cafe, take good care of this man. 👏🏼”
