D“Excellent free meditation app. The timer itself works well and is customizable (for example, if you want bells throughout or just a beginning and ending bell). There are also guided meditations for yoga nidra, metta, and more. Honestly, works best on mobile but you can also add a widget to your desktop.”

sunset strip mall“i love this app! i mostly use insight timer for its meditation timer, which is totally free, and you can customize it to be as long as you want and to include whatever sounds you want: i go with just silence but a bell at the beginning and end, though you can also add ambient sounds like water or birds chirping or chanting. there are also a ton of guided meditations on the app, and i'll often listen to the sleep ones if i'm having trouble falling asleep.”

victoria“i looove this app for meditations and use it often to fall asleep. it's worth running the little sample first so you don't commit to someone with an annoying voice but once you find a good rotation of yoga nidra meditations you'll be sleeping easy night on night.”

Angela Anderson“Breath work has changed my life! Practice makes perfect, and it does take time. But I would say that daily breathwork, even just committing to a few minutes before bed, has changed my “resting / baseline” state of ‘being’ more so than becoming sober!”
Erinn 🐞“when I tell you this changed my life. it CHANGED my life. i was introduced to it by my yoga instructor and i am forever indebted to her. on top of being a timer, it has 1000s of guided meditation audios, sleep aids and even yoga sessions. 1000/10”
Gmony“Not quite a podcast, video or audiobook 🥴 but this is a great app. Even the free version is really good.”
Ellie“Got into this after my headspace free trial ended. There's so much here, all without charge, for you to try.”
