“I was gifted a package of this tea by my fiancé’s dad years ago and it’s my favorite tea to have before bed. I’ve been reaching for it again now that the season is changing. With a splash of cream and a spoonful of honey it kind of tastes like a root beer float? Bomb. There’s no sassafras or sarsaparilla but there is a variety of other calming herbs.”
