“Close to the Airbnb that we stayed in on our trip to Nikkō, there was a really delicious nabe/sukiyaki restaurant nearby that we went to for dinner. The sukiyaki we had included wagyu beef, fresh vegetables, and THE. BROTH! Lots of depth and flavor that I really enjoyed. The restaurant is also located in a restored old Japanese-style house so the vibes are kanpeki!
