“I have a blast making this and the result is ultimate comfort food and my Romanian side gets the satisfaction of stuffed cabbage combined with the elegance of Japanese home cooking. I served this to an Italian friend who had never eaten Asian food (?) before and he was blown away. I use ground turkey and do it in my Creuset pot.”
