classic 1930s saloon in pioneertown, a great place to spend the afternoon shopping and walking around. it’s the perfect spot to pop in for a break from the desert sun. really yummy tacos, refreshing drinks, nice atmosphere, and a shady patio!!

my go-to lunch spot - a cute little cafe in beachwood canyon. great classic breakfast & lunch food, coffee, pastries, vegan & gf options! perfect view of the hollywood sign & the hills, and in a good location to explore that area. andddd there’s always parking!!

the world’s largest outdoor bookstore!!! i spent over 2 hours here and got so many amazing vintage, unique books. their website says they have 130,000 books, new and used. i was visiting from nyc, so they shipped everything to my apartment for like $10!
