i had my birthday party here in 2023. i rented out the entire place, and it was soooo lovely. it was such a hit that ever since then, at least once a year, someone in my friend group holds a celebration here. if you're on a budget, you can rent out the back room for free! even if you're not looking to throw a party, i recommend visiting. perfect spot for a date, or to catch up with friends over a glass of wine and little bites. there's a super cute hidden back patio with a fireplace, which was super nice on my chilly bday. i ordered some cheese plates, veggies, wood-fired pizzas, & cupcakes for my party, and everything was great. the back room is really nice for smaller groups (20ish ppl? but don't quote me). it's private, but no minimum spend or rental fee. when i rented the whole place, it worked well for about 50-60ppl. i found that in terms of renting out a whole bar, it was reasonably priced, especially compared to other places in wb. the ambience, bevs, food, and service were all great. highly recommend!

“nyc’s last natural forest!” this park is at the northern-most tip of manhattan. you can go for a real hike in the woods here, and there are gorgeous views of the hudson river. enough said!!
