we make it peel and all! just washed, chopped up, and thrown right into the blender to keep allll the lemon flavor in there. then you strain it before serving

the recipe i linked makes 2 generous servings so i think if you halved it all that should do the trick! i’ve only made it for a minimum of 2 people so i can’t say for sure, but honestly if there’s any extra it probably won’t last long ;)
