Uni-ball ZENTO Gel Pen (0.7mm)
$3.30
I'll ride or die for the Uni Zento. The body is soft touch and very comfortable to hold. The retention mechanism and click are very satisfying. Probably the smoothest gel pen that I've ever used. As my handwriting has changed and improved I started preferring the thicker 0.7mm pen tip over the thinner ones but your mileage may vary.

“Thin lines for those with small handwriting or for very detailed work. Smooth ink. Scratchy texture but that's unavoidable with very fine pen tip sizes.”

“one of the smoothest writing pens i've ever owned. cap is magnetic, too! i highly recommend buying this in japan because it's cheaper there.”
