Not just what you subbed in or swapped, but where, when, and why. I love opening a cookbook and seeing "Book Club Holiday party, 2022. Everyone loved. A+ def make again." My mom just sent me the pic above and wow, I really loved that Banana Nut Bread in 2012.

When I was 13 years old, I saw someone do this traveling through Ireland and I was shocked! They had ripped a book! Now I see the wisdom in it. Unless you read on a Kindle, and in that case, good for you!
