Slow-Cooker Chili Recipe

If you don’t have a slow cooker, the stove works equally well. Put out a few little bowls of shredded cheddar, sour cream, green onions and the crowd pleasing crushed Fritos. We always serve with a pot of rice, which doubles the servings. Bonus that it can be made ahead of time.
