C. Hesse Cheese
•••
The owner is one of the few female cheesemongers in New York. While largely a wholesale company, they host cheese classes, private tastings, and monthly sales (open to the public) at their warehouse in Brooklyn. Follow them on instagram to find out when their monthly sales are. And, Caroline, the owner and operator, is a GD delight. Let her speak to your soul while she takes you an epicurean exploration.
