That Viral Japanese "Cheesecake" trend from earlier this year

I'll admit I tried this months ago when it first debuted and I thought it was just ok. Here's what I'm doing now: In an 8oz takeout container (with a lid ideally) layer a dollop of Greek yogurt (I like unsweetened, whole milk Chobani) with half a graham cracker. Repeat until you have 9 layers. There should be 5 thin layers of yogurt and 4 graham cracker halves stacked on top of each other. Top with frozen berries and a drizzle of honey and a little salt and leave it in the fridge overnight. The way this has become my regular dessert/breakfast/midday pick me up. I'm not really one to look for "guilt free" treats but damn...I guess this technically is if you're into that kind of thing. Look at those layers!

Half saffron Meyer lemonade, half burnt apple oolong, a hundred percent refreshing in this heat wave. Theirs is my favorite Arnold Palmer in town right now. I wanna get multiple rounds of it like I'm at a bar.
