dumpling home (hayes valley): I recommend their XLB and pan fried pork buns. You’ll find that there’s a bunch of restaurants selling the same items and they ALL have the name “dumpling” in them somehow, but this one is my personal favourite

house of pancakes San Francisco: Don’t be deceived by the western sounding restaurant name. Very hole in the wall vibes- I recommend the tender rib hand pulled noodles and beef pancake roll! Cash only.
