This book is largely based on kinesiology, however what I appreciate is the ability to check in with myself about settle manipulation. Is my intention coming from a place that serves the greater good? Or do I have I’m trying to persuade? This book gives me introspection and a consideration of how other people maneuver through the world.

It seems to me she has a genuine philosophy that everyone is entitled to eat healthy nutritious food. It’s such a basic human right and yet in this country, it seems like a novelty. I feel passionately about children and adults learning how to grow their own food and consume it, Alice understands this well. She has so many free resources on how to provide an education around a garden, whether it be through mathematics or science, just a general sense of hands-on learning. Truly, a gangster ass woman in her own right.

Making time to cook for yourself

I have an obnoxious amount of food at home that will go bad if I don’t cook it and honestly delicious. It may take a little elbow grease, and the cleanup afterwards isn’t desirable, but the outcome is always worth it. The food doesn’t have to be fussy, just nourishing.
