Late Fame
A delight. Funniest movie I've seen this year but moving too. Willem Dafoe, Greta Lee and Edward Donovan (who is new to me and I hope is in more stuff going forward??) are all great in this. See it at Film Forum and buy the short story on your way out!

“I saw this tonight at the Laemmle, pretentious literary group of new york rich boys & one (1) woman “re-discover” a poet, good & i love willem dafoe. Kind of depressing, especially when considering the fact that this probably happens a lot within literary (& other creative) circles”

“All the themes I’m always thinking about: youth, aging, beauty, talent, worth, capitalism, class, and of course Art. I know it’s a critique but I still thought everyone’s heart was in the right place.”
