Shakti Mat: Yes, it's covered in spikes. They will press all the tension and sadness out of your muscles and leave you feeling like melted butter. I use mine at least three times a week.

Vibration platform: Looks gimmicky and lots of people get one and stop using it. But it’s real. A-mazing for tight hips (sit on it!) and helps with chronic fatigue.

Massage device: Husband gave me this for Christmas and I was skeptical. But then  my physiotherapist asked if I had one to help relax the deltoid mudcle that is messing up my shoulder. It is doing the trick, and is also great if you're tight after a hike or run. I'm sure any comparable device would work.

MELT Method: My wife does this more than I do (she has a couple of rollers and the balls), but I do regularly borrow her big foam roller to use on my legs and quite like it.
